Writing habits are good for health


 Write if you want to understand something.  The process of writing is actually to force the thinker to consider the relevant material and formulate it and form an opinion that "this thing is this and this is how".  If you just read different things and write nothing, then you have given the mind an open leave, that is, it is kept at ease.  Most of the time, after reading a lot of things, getting ready not to write is actually a habit of the mind at ease because the process of writing is a burden on it, if it is not clear, read more.  Writing not only makes things clearer but also clearer.  So the biggest benefit of writing is #reading #books #blogs #bloggers
